You book online, choose your bin count and rental window, and we deliver clean bins to your door. Pack, move, and we pick them up when you're done. No cardboard to break down or recycle — just drop the lids and go.

We currently deliver within Frederick County, MD. Enter your ZIP at checkout to confirm availability. We're expanding — if your ZIP isn't covered yet, leave your email and we'll notify you.

Our standard bins are 27-gallon heavy-duty totes with lids — roughly the size of a large wardrobe box, but stackable and load-bearing. Each bin holds up to 50 lbs.

We offer flexible rental periods — weekly, two-week, or monthly — unlike weekly-only competitors. Pricing is shown at checkout and depends on bin count and rental length. Weekly rentals run $0.63–$0.86 per bin per day with a flat delivery fee. Two-week and monthly terms cost less per day the longer you keep the bins. Volume discounts apply for 20+ bins.

A $75 flat refundable deposit is charged at checkout and refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after pickup, once bins are confirmed returned in good condition, minus any damage charges.

Within 5–7 business days of the pickup date, once we've confirmed the bins are returned in good condition. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Yes — contact us before your scheduled pickup date. Extensions under a week bill at the overage rate ($5/bin/day); a week or more rolls into standard weekly pricing instead. Extensions are subject to availability. If you miss the pickup without notice, the overage rate applies automatically.

Cancel 48+ hours before delivery: full refund. Cancel within 48 hours: delivery fee is forfeited. Same-day cancellation after dispatch: full rental fee is forfeited. Deposits are always refunded on cancellation.

Report it within 24 hours of delivery and we'll swap it out at no charge. We sanitize every bin between uses, but if one slips through, we want to know immediately.

Remove all contents. Bins don't need to be spotless, but excessive filth, staining, or infestation incurs a cleaning fee. We handle standard cleaning.

Add-on packing kits (bubble wrap, packing paper, tape, markers) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Bins ship clean but don't include packing materials by default.
